Gerldton's only turf farm

G'day

I've been farming quality turf specifically for the Mid West region at my local farm in Moonyoonooka for over 15 years.

I'm thrilled when I see my customers' yards transformed. From dust-bowls and sandpits into luscious spaces that the kids, pets, Mums & Dads can enjoy for decades.

I'm happy to share my experience with you, so you have the best looking lawn in the street.

Doug's Top Turf Tips

Every day is a good day

In Geraldton we're lucky that you don't have to wait for summer before rolling out new lawn.

Use organic fertilisers

Microbes in soils can be depleated when man-made fertilisers are over-used. Cycle your care with some organic mixes for best results.

Soil matters

New lawns thrive best and for longest when the soil is in good shape. Consider red loam before installation.

Bug prevention better than cure

Keep bugs (lawn beetles, cut worms & others) at bay with organic or synthetic sprays in April annually.
